Watermill Experience prides themselves on customer service and process all sales in accordance to Distance Selling/Consumer Contracts Regulations. Customers purchasing from our site may return all items within 28 days of receiving it, provided that we have been contacted within 7 days of receipt to advise of its return. All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and must include all packaging/instructions. If the item is received in a new, unopened condition then a full refund will be provided.

We do not cover the cost of returns unless the return is due to faulty product or workmanship.
We are not responsible for loss of returned products by couriers, so we recommend customers use a recorded delivery service for all returns. Please also ensure that your product has sufficient insurance coverage in the event of loss or damage.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/handling fee which is based on a percentage value of the product.
